Community + Meal Sundays give us an opportunity to build community through conversation and food. We will gather to sing, read scripture, and pray, and we will eat together. So much of Jesus’ ministry was around a table or feeding those who were around him. When Jesus instituted the sacrament of communion, it was in the context of more than just bread and juice, but during a meal.

Justice + Mercy Sundays focus on issues, partners, or service. We will gather to sing, read scripture, and pray, and we will also learn about justice work in our city and how our community/the Church can engage.

Our community is passionate about doing justice, living out the great requirement from Micah 6:8 to Do Justice, Love Mercy, and Walk Humbly with Our God.

Praise + Sacrament Sundays are what we describe as a “normal” worship gathering. There is worship thru song, scripture reading, creative elements, and a traditional sermon. We will also celebrate communion and baptisms on this Sunday.
